Was on a mission tonight... even though i was having my cramps... To make my Raisin Bread Pudding.. I've been fussin over it all week.. Becauseeeee... My colleague made it with her class... so i go the recipe from her..and decided to make some.. it turened out AWESOME!! best served HOT!!
The ingredients are really easy... and I made the batch in less then 15 mins..

Ready for the oven......and Poof!! Tadaaa!!

and Ready for my stomach!! haha.. U can serve it in a bowl showered with condensed milk(all soft and soggy, Yum!)... but i ate it like a tart.. HAHAH...Woo!! so happy.. gonna bring some for my dance mates tmr.. =D

Went to Apsara today..Did my admin stuff.. den went of to meet bawani at 5+.. went to fix karthik's guitar... den we look for a place to chill.. ate at Pastamania... I dunno what is wrong with me.. but i have this crazy love for AGLIO OLIO..

Wooo!! Finally the day has arrived!! the Jonas Brothers 3D concert Experience....OPENING DAY!! I didnt think organizing the event will create so much stress and frustration. wad?!?! But it was a bittersweet feeling for me at the end.. GLAD that it was over..(can stop chasing ppl for emails and responses.. haha!) but SIAN cos the movie ended.. wher else can I find a great group of ppl who were freaking enthusiastic... You totally rocked! the theatre and THANK YOU for that!!! xoxoxoxox

Look at the amount of tix we had to book beforehand...altogether about 35 ppl.. not so bad of a turn out to me.. hahah.. first event seh... chet!

The fun started the moment we went in... hahah!! I love this crowd.. we were dancing throughout.. hahah!!! SEMPAT!

So anyway, I got an invite to watch d premiere rite.. It's so cool la. At first I tot it was gonna be some kind of big event or smthg.. But turns out we were d only young adult there.. The rest are like old ppl.. Bet they were the critics and reviewers or smthg.. Haha.. So anyway.. I had a blast!!! Totally awesome.. And honestly u have to be a fan to appreciate the movie.. Cos if ur a fan u wud know alld words to their songs and get all their silly antics.. *dreamy sigh* I love the Jonas Brothers....

This is not my first 3D movie.. It's my 2nd actually.. D first one was watching bolt with peguin.. D effects was not that obvious.. But for this.. It was so awesome that at times I couldn't help but wave back or reach out and try to touch kevin, joe or nick's hand.. Then I have to keep reminding myself that it's just a movie.. Hahaha.. So slenge.. But I totally enjoyed myself!!

I'm so happy I met Farrah.. Cos she a crazy fan like me.. Haha.. We had super fun.. We didn't care that we were quite noisy in d theater.. Bottom line is we had fun dancing along to everything in d movie..

Glad that I made a new friend.. Can't wait for 9th April!!!

So spent the whole day at d hospital.. Had to get someone to cover me at work.. I feel so bad but then again I can't miss my sister giving birth.. Like OMG!! My baby niece is finally here!! Welcome little princess.. I can't tell u d name and upload d pictures YET.. For religious reasons.. So wait a week it will be up.. Eekk.. I was so excited Wen I finally saw her.. Such long eyelashes!! So pretty..

And I only got to see my sis at her ward in d evening.. Glad to know tat she's safe n sound on d bed.. Alhamdullillah.. Everything went well.. D princess was born naturally at 6.20pm weighing 2.8kg.. Alahai.. So cute!! Ouh..Thats my bro-in-law walking out aft d delivery.. haha... so happy sia..

I went to d doc cos my rashes got really bad.. I woke at 7 am!! Like wad d hell.. Couldn't go back to sleep so I jus switch on me laptop and decided to change my blogskin..den my mum got up and we went to d doc.. I got myself a jab cos I couldn't take d itch anymore.. Now my left has been sore d whole day.. It was numb at first and I walked funny.. Hah!! I kept putting pressing pressure on d jab point.. Tat explains y my butt is so sore.. Haha..

Hey everybody...i know the new year entry is abit lagging..hahah..but still here's my wish and tots...

i've learnt not to regret about my past and stuff.. so 2008 has been an emotional roller coaster for me...there are some pleasant memories and some nasty ones...but thats life rite..some things are jus meant to be...BUT....i am looking forward to 2009 actually..alot of things happening...

First is yay!! im gonna have a niece..im an auntie!! whooo...Cant wait!! (i noe some ppl are secretly wanting to see how i am as an auntie...wei...im no makcik ok...hahaha...)

Next is i'll be joining this dance academy...audition will be in early feb...hopefully i get in...cant wait... a whole year of dancing...whoo!!

thers another big event coming..andddd...i'll finally have my own room...hehehe... wheee!!!

I hurt my pinky...ggrr!!!

See how red it is...boohoo...damn pain...nvr cried la..but i nvr shouted the f word so loud b4... haha... Anyway, wad happen was...we had 22 ppl to prepare dessert for... so i was taking out the ice cream tub from one of those 'walls' ice-cream freezer...so i slide both doors..took out the choc tub.. and put it on the door..as i was trying to get the strawberry tub, the choc tub slid down the down and BOOM! slammed right into my hand which was at the edge of the fridge...my poor pinky was the victim.. it hit right at the joint and nerve.. as u can tell from the picture... it was friggin painful... it stilll hurts now...

ok..this picture is not so obvious... but the one on the left is slightly swollen compared to the right... so annoying... because SOME PEOPLE are soooo disorganize.... ppl go into panic mode and i hurt my pinky... its damn lame that im making such a big deal about it..but i jus had an annoyed evening... ther i am with the retarded pinky and washing almost all the dishes... den u sitting dwn ther playing game... idiot!!

Oh!! saw this on the way to the toilet... why the heck there were 2 dustbins in the middle of no wher... i have no idea... there was no one around... freaking random... that bin on the right.. was kinda stranded.. it wasnt even close to a wall or smthg... oh well...i notice weird stuff...

Seriously..i think i do... Been busy goin to and fro.. from home to bedok..from bedok to town..from town to home... amazingly, i still have time to catch a movie... City of Ember... really cool show...not for those who r not into the imaginative kinda movie... ok...So some pics from day 2 of cheperoning PLMGS...sorry la ppl... blogging at nite makes a person go thru alot of typo errors!! ok wadeverr....neeexxt... they had some team building shit..hahah...yea, well i was jus as bored as the kids were... (and the coordinator totally piss me off...like seriously u think wad...we part timers u can treat us like one of the kids...)

ok basically, she pushed me jus to ask me to open the door for the kids...i was like wtf?!?! Anyways, ur program fail dun put it on somebody else moronnn.... (oh i really shuden be bloggin this way on account tat i have underage ppl readin my blog..hahah sorry Merissa and Debs...hehe)

So the were suppose to form the longest line with jus using their personal belongings and wadever they had... very innovative...they even made a U turn..haha

Then they had to make the tallest tower with jus cards... this team was the only team that manage to make the house..the rest jus gave up....sheesh!!

Ouh...Finally its damai grad nite...I accompanied my sis that whole day..it was fun see the guys all dressed up in their smart shirts and all..heheh...so exciting...oh yea..i blacklisted some ppl tat nite...they made some wrong moves with me and my sis...

Oh, apparently the themed that nite was rock and roll...and i didnt get it cos everybody dressed up as retro...seriously...i dont get it!!

The "contestants" of best dressed... see that girl with the big skirt... well she won... someone explain to me how that shows "ROCK AND ROLL"?!?! Anyhoo...i saw some who actually dressed to the theme but they werent picked...sheesh..and i thot i was blind.... wad evvvvv....

Ok, so here's wad i've been helping my sis with all this while...and it all came together beautifully. The boys came up with some of the steps too..hahah...so its a team wrk thing..hahah... ok2.. The sound is abit off, so turn up ur volume ok..heheh...

It's been awhile...bla bla bla...hehehe...OK...te awaited entry is my secondary school reunion... at first, honestly i didnt wanna go...but after a whole bunch of persuasion i decided to go...jus to have fun and see ppl..andi dragged andra with me..hahah...*evil laugh*

I had loads of fun(apparently)..cos i saw a bunch off ppl who i havent talked to for a really long time...my malay teacher is one of them...pass student councillors....hahah...weird... the whole dinner was filled with alumni frm batch 1997 all the way to 2007... rockin!!

And the host for the whole thing....none other then Joakim and Melvyn...haha...aiyah.. kinda predictable...hahah...oh well..i love 'em!! Peeeeekture ttiiime!!

ok..i noe...birthday update abit late rite...Anyway...this year..quite chilled..im fine with it man... I'm 20...wow!! difference?? not much leh...hmm...anyway..we'll see..it's weird cos bawani and me were already talking about wad we're gonna do for our 21st bday...sheesh...so long ah!!

Ok..so the day was spent at home with my family...actually not bad ah...cos i've been out lately and i slept uber late the night b4...so i "took my time" waking up if u noe wad i mean..hahah...den we waiting for my dad to finish wrk and left the hse about evening time...made our way to town...tot wanna get my present rite...but!! Cuden find any canon shop...so the trip was cut short...shucks!

good news tho...my bro-in-law has connections for me to get my Canon camera and a much cheaper price...so we'll see ya...hahah!! den we went to sepang Bedok for the traditional always-must-happen birthday dinner...We ate at Sedap Corner...it was delish!!! Apparently the chef is my sis's fiance's fren and the other chef is one of my sis old work mates...hahah!! small world!!

Its only sold in Heeren..theres this shop that has it...and it comes in all sorts of design... and ppl who noe me..u noe im into earth colours and right now im back into goth fashion..so black and red too...hahah!! Oh kay....so its another weekend..i was suppose to run errands...but i totally blew the whole plan cos i totally forgot to bring the important thing...ok wadever..its done... it ended up becuming another boring weekend... me and baw seriously have no wher to go....we actually sat at wisma for like 15 mins and thot of wher to go...

then bawani wanted to got to suntec..i dunno why...hahah...but i said, "ouh! maybe i shld look ard suntec and think of what i want for my birthday!!" hahaha *bawani roll eyes* haha....wad?!! We practically walk in 3 different towers of suntec..dunno which one...ankle and knee was hurting...dang it!! wrong shoe!!

Oy! Mamma Mia!!

Today..went to meet my cuz at settlers cafe...really cool place...im bringing ppl to chill ther next time...hahah...then i made my way to tampines to meet my sis... we've been putting it off so i told my sis we have to watch tonight cos i got stuff to do for the rest of the week...

what have we been putting off?? Well..we have been planning to watch........

It was superb i tell ya....me and sis cuden stop singing along...and there were both english and chinese subtitles..so it was like a karaoke session..hahah...ouh, and we were lucky too...cos it was actually last day that the theater was showing it....wooohooo!!

Amanda seyfried is a really good singer...so inspiring..hahah...chey...and i didnt know meryl streep could sing...hahah comparing this to her act in "devils wears prada"....OMG!! huge difference!! It was kinda weird watching/hearing pierce brosnan and colin firth singing.... but its still not bad(seriously its not as bad as wad the critics say...) its still listen-able..

Ouh..one more...watching him sing and dance makes the whole movie experience all Yummy! haha...who? Dominic Cooper...(yes, along! i searched for his name!!)

Aiyah...they dun have any nice production photos of him...grr..this is all i can find...if u wanna see go search urself..hahah...Overall, this movie totally rocks my socks!!! hahah...cuden stop singing even wen i stepped out of the theater...lalalalalala~

First day of Hari Raya...

So first day of raye is quite chilled out...its been like this for a few years already... the major dilemma usually is whose house to go to on the first day...its either my elder aunt's hse or our hse...So this year..my mum didnt want any open house or wadever...so we all decided to gather at my aunt's place...Fun la still...love meeting my cousins...

but first we were at home waiting for my eldest sis to come over(she has her in-laws)..while waiting...we ate a bunch of my mummy's delicious cooking...hahah...i love KEPUTAT!! (nope..tats not a typo error...i jus like to say it that way..) den dad switch on some bujang lapok for us to watch...this time there were subtitles..(for abg tristan to understand...hah!!)

then about 5 we made our way to my aunt's place...we ask for forgiveness before leaving the house...this year is weird and different...i told my mum, "mak! i dun wanna cry ah this year...cos my tears all wasted on smthg else oreadi...hahah!!" den my mum replied,"eh who say must cry..that's not my problem..." haha....best! i was so giggly la throughout especially with my dad cos he gave me hangbao...hahah!!! (wad?! im still youngest..hahah!!)

trust me...it was all sincere ok....even tho there was alot of giggling...den picture time!! it's all in my sis's camera...so wait for me to upload ok...

World Contraceptive Day..Go figure!!

Sometimes when im browsing around Yahoo! i'll come across a nice article...While looking for pictures on Yahoo yday i came across this...(i practically wanted to burst out laughing..but it was 3 am so i had to hold it in...) you'll get wad i mean...

SINGAPORE : September 27 is World Contraception Day and some health groups in Singapore are taking the opportunity to call for improved education on the choices and usage of contraception, in light of increasing rates of sexually transmitted infections among teenagers.
It has been eight years since schools started teaching about sex and contraception but it seems students are still woefully ignorant.

In a survey of 240 youths aged 15 to 20, it was found that 30 per cent thought washing the genitals after sex could prevent pregnancy while 15 per cent believed urinating will do the same. (Who the heck told them that?!?!?)

16 percent believed that exercising vigorously after sex will help shed off sperm, thus preventing pregnancy. (bottom line dun exercise if u wanna get preggy..hahah!!)

The survey, conducted by pharmaceutical company Bayer Schering Pharma and with doctors advising on the study, found that about 1 in 4 youths engage in sexual activity and about half of them are not using contraceptives.

Said Dr Janet Lee, a general practitioner at Temasek Medical Centre: "I do see teenagers with unwanted pregnancies, and a lot of times, they do not even realise that they are pregnant because it never occurred to them they can be pregnant through unprotected sex.

"Their mindset is that it will not happen to me... I think we need to educate youths about the importance of abstinence, and also educating them about condom use and contraceptive pills so as to prevent unwanted pregnancies."

Teenagers account for about 12 percent of abortion numbers every year, and the number of teenagers with sexually transmitted infections has also doubled in the last decade. The Ministry of Education has made it compulsory for all schools to have a sexuality education programme, but it seems the message is still not getting through to all teenagers.

Some said it’s because teachers gloss over sexuality education. Others feel teenagers may be too embarrassed to ask questions about sex in class.

"It is not just enough for the schools to be teaching, or for the VWOs to come in. They (teenagers) need to be guided to the right sources of information, and parents can also play a part to be more open, to encourage their teenagers to approach them if they have questions about sex. But I think this will take time, as we are still a pretty conservative society," said Joanne Tan, spokesperson for the Singapore Planned Parenthood Association. — CNA

Woohoo...I'm back and alive ppl!!! hahaha!! i tink im a little more crazy then usual...dunno why.... but I LIKE IT!!! wahaha...Anyway...what made me start blogging again?? cos i got smthg to blog about...hahaha...Formula 1 baby!! yeah yah!!

ok..ok...too over oreadi...Anyhoo...Went out shopping with bawani...which i shuden be doing cos i'll burn a huge chunk of my pocket...hahah...But i owe her a shopping trip since forever...Went abt looking for a dress and shoes for her graduation....pheeeweeett...bawani wear dress sia....!!
Bawani jus realize she had a "body"(haha tat sounds weird...u noe wad i mean la baw...)

Oh! and i finally found my replacement phone...yay!!(cos my sony ericsson died on me suddenly...wad d hell!!) Seriously bawani...my damage was way HUGE-er den urs...u had vouchers....cheating!! im going back ther with my vouchers to get myself a dress oso...bluek!!

See..we found a time to take pic in the toilet..infamous...see my new fone...hehe..its fitted with a qwerty board....i liiikkkeee....

it was 10.30 pm and we didnt feel like going home yet...(that happens very often with us..dunno y) So we decided to go to raffles city starbucks...We were so dumb dumb to figure out which bus goes ther...like duh! F1, all busses are diverted da.....haha...major blonde moment ther...hahah...
took the train...den we didnt realize we were so close to the F1 track....It was so friggin loud la.... the moment we step off the escalator we rushed like goondus to the "grill thing" that was surrounding the place....

omgawd!!! it was so overwhelming...so loud....den we were like, "aaaahhhh!!! omg omg omg!!! this is sooo cooolll!!! aaahhhh!! its so freaking loOUUDD!!"

yupp...we were talking to each other like that for about ten mins....hahah...dorky i know....hahaha...first time wad...ok anyway....we jus had to take pictures....not alot....
